"Why not just tell people I'm an alien from Mars. Tell them I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight. They'll believe anything you say, because you're a reporter. But if I, Michael Jackson, were to say, 'I'm an alien from Mars and I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight', people would say, 'Oh, man, that Michael Jackson is nuts. He's cracked up. You can't believe a damn word that comes out of his mouth.' " Michael Jackson

Saw them in concert with Cheap Trick a couple years ago. Best concert I've ever attended, hands down, although Cheap Trick was really disappointing. I love Aerosmith - darn near everything they've ever recorded.

I prefer their older stuff also RG...My oldest son always makes a joke about bands that come clean from drugs, that their music was better when they were on drugs, which Aerosmith is one of them!! Sad, but true in my opinon....Love the song Train, and Momma Kin....walk this way (before they re-made with run dmc or whoever that was in the 80's) etc. etc.

:wah: I too think your son's right on this one, WW!
My 26 year old friend said something to me once about Aerosmith being a fairly new band.
I said "Girl, they were old when I was still in high school!"
She didn't believe me at first. WHippersnappers. :wah:
