yikes, if I had heard this story I would have thought it was an urban legend... I can't believe that it is true! how sick and demented and also never mind dogs, but what about children picking these up to play with?

Portland has been battling over dog issues for years and years. Portland is very dog friendly, and there are public parks that allow dogs off-leash. This seems to really **** off certain citizens who find mysterious and horrible ways to kill dogs. Bombs, poisonings, etc. The majority of the dog murders are to scare owners so that they keep their dogs on leash at all times. Why these mudering bastards can't just go to parks that require leashes is beyond me.

Portland is an interesting town. Our latest outrage is that the American Nazi Party now cleans up a section of highway near our capitol. They have the legal right, but it makes a lot of folks really mad, including our newspaper. The paper, when printing the article, reminded everyone that if the American Nazi Party sign on the highway somehow gets damaged, the Nazi Party must pay to replace it.
