It does'nt look too bad.

I can't hear what they're saying, does it state wether it's noisy?

One neighbor says the noise is terrible and another neighbor says the noise is no worse than that of an air conditioner.

I don't see how one mill could make that much sound myself, to be annoying.

I'm surprised the electric company hasn't shut him down though!

Doesn't look as big an eyesore as all those overhead cables everywhere. Are they power cables?
