Badly treated at work today,i went early asi feel quite poorly.I am in the middle of writing a letter to my section manager,once i have done that i will let you all what it is about.:-5:-5

thank you all very much for you kind words,today i was bullied and treated very bad and i dont know if i will be going back,i really dont feel very well so maybe it is best just take some time out and approch it with a better frame of mind.I think i have got flu as i fel very cold and i ache all over.I have been asleep all afternoon and feel alittle more human and i have had a bath.

i cant go back to where i work i am far to upset,and i am believe it or not i am also scared:-1 i might have another job i feel so sad about this,but i will write a letter to the chairman at waitrose and tell him what happened

Neffy I wish you luck and nobody should be fearful in their place of work, that is just wrong, and I hope you have some kind of human rights, human resourses, occupational health place you can report this to. It's just wrong.

good stuff, you know neffy in my working years (many) I learned this... if you are wrongly done by, it is best to report it to everybody and anybody, not only because of what happened to you, but because they should NEVER get away with it happening to another.

I had a job(long ago) where the owner dude sexually harassed me, I quite simply up and left the job, sent my then BF to pick up my final cheque and never ever went back. The guy was a smarmy cheeze ass and to this day I feel a little angry I never reported him cause I know he liked to surround his self with beautiful young women. I wonder how many others he pawed his way through.

Last year we had a bully at our work, thank fully they suspended her but she was awful to everyone, she would turn my colleges on each other by saying something that was not true and basically putting people down, she even had the cheek to ask my employer if she could come back

i am so glad that didn't happen :-3

i was thinking Neffy, your next job will be 10x better :-6

Yes mine was an ewwww job. Mens Hair implants ahahaha imagine the vanity in the place bleck. I was young and stupid.

I was bullied at work when I was just 17 in my first job - too young and inexperienced to do anything about it and it still rankles.

Don't let them get away with it, next victim may not be able to stand up for themself.

I would think the an organisation like Waitrose would have very firm policies about bullying and that HR would be geared up to dealing with it.

Get yourself sorted as the number one priority and, when your fit again, go sort the bully out.
