only just finished my lunch here, 2 spicey salami sadwiches on wholewheat buns, spinnach greens in sesame dressing, glass of soy milk and a granola bar hmmmm who needs dinner

Tonight I go to the opening of the new Emerson Biggins for a free meal. I know a few people in the food service buis. here in town and I get to go eat free so the new restaurants get a practice night before they open.
