Here we were not offered yearbooks till high school. Lower grades did class pictures, but did not do yearbooks. So, I just have three of them..10th through 12th grades.

I only have one year book and that was from my final year at high school, this is the only one offered to us.

Though i have 3 signed books with comments in from my friends that i love to read now and again, from my last year at primary, last year of high school, and when i left college.

Me and my friends thought of this idea ourselves, and took around a camera, taking photos of everybody that commented in the book

It is lovely to read and always makes me remember the good times and puts a smile on my face!

That kinda made me upset because I have all of my yearbooks from K-12th grade. I LOVE to look back on them & remember the great memories of being on Volleyball. Softball and Cheerleading teams. I love reading what my friends wrote in them also.

Do you buy your kids yearbooks?? I do and will continue to because I feel they are treasured memories of that school year. Tiffany was so excited when she came running out of the school with her yearbook in her hand. As soon as she sat and got buckled in she was flipping through the pages with a huge smile on her face. :-4

We do not have yearbooks in the UK. Last year Josh got his first one, I was so excited, I really wish I had them to remind me of my school days and friends. Lucy can't wait to get her first yearbook. I think its a wonderful idea. I will get my childrens every year.

Okay, first of all, I had a dream about searching someone in my yearbook from high school the night before you started this thread...so imagine how weird that is for me.....okay?? okay....

I have all 4 of my High School year books in my living room book case. I have pictures from Elementary and middle, but only the dust bunnies know where they are....

My kids all have year books from through-out the years...they love to look at them...I paid $50.00 for my son to have one last year with his name imprinted on it...for his sophmore year. His Senior year, I want to pay for a page in it to give him a big Congratulations and how proud I am of him...

Year books are expensive, especially when you have 3 kids...but can you really put a price tag on childhood memories??:-4

When I was growing up we had yearbooks for grades 9-12 only

Jr Minks has no year books thus far, and the other daughter had one from grade 6 only. Seems they are not a big deal here.
