FG Survivors

I have not been here very long, but in my short time here it has amazed me how many survivors we have here. So many people have been through great hardship and heartache. Some of the experiences that the FG members have been through, (some are still going through) would be too much for others. Not people here, they carry on fighting the hurdles thrown at them, there is no bitterness to life. We still show compassion and caring for everyone - always wanting to be there for each other.

I have had so many challenges thrown at me, from about the age 6 and pretty much regularly since then. Never did I consider letting these things beat me (well, got pretty close a few times) or consider taking it out on other people.

This is what I see in alot of people here. So congratulations for being a survivor, and still being able to be the wonderful, caring loving people that you are.

I couldn't have said it better!! There are people that tell their stories and you sit there in disbelief that they are functioning as well adjusted adults....Their courage and will to keep going just amazes me too.:yh_clap

So, Cheers to all the FG Survivors...and a great big Cheer for our sweet feathery birdy girl!!:-4

Aw Pheasy, this is a great place for all of us to hang out and get support and just have the comfort of knowing our friends care.

Sweets you have been an awesome addition to our garden. As has many of you newer members.

I have found FG a big help to me,I have made some great friends.I know when i feel down of just plain peed off i can come here and i never get judged. Thank you all for that xxxx

Jimbo, you are still here .... still fighting for what is yours. Not giving up. In amongst all this you are still here helping others. In my book, that makes you and your wife survivors and wonderful people. Its my pleasure to have ever had the opportunity to read your inspiring posts and laughed at your wonderful sense of humour.

:-4 awww, I'm so glad to hear that...one thing I like that I don't feel judged, even when I say some stuff that would make my Grandma blush!!
