DANG......I'm excited. A professional told me how to fix my back and knee.

Did you know they have cortisone in a patch?!!!! NO NEEDLES.

So I have weak minor muscles in my back...........I can pick up 40 pounds but when I pick up a pencil from the coffee table I am disabled for 2 weeks. Evidentely when i picked up that stupid pencila and fell to the floor in pain I tried to catch myself and pulled a hamstring muscle.

Fix it now or break a hip at 72.

They have cortisone in a patch? I am sooo begging the doctor when I go back!
