Pink

Usually men don't allow themselves to do so - they're busy with a car - sport etc.

I can hear a certain song & that will remind me of a certain someone.

I talk to my sister & laugh about a boyfriend I had - and wonder what hes up to today etc. Do men?

I'd have to say that they do.

I've heard it.

Spouses don't like to hear about former girlfriends or boyfriends so it's not usually a big topic of discussion. If you are wondering if they talk about exes with their male friends well... isn't that one of the big things they are stereotyped for? Bragging about all the women they've had?

I think it just depends on the person. I think about my past relationships, very often at times, Not so much other times.

Ive always wondered if they remember, the way we do also.

Ive often thought, if Im thinking about you, or if Ive dreamed about you, were you thinking of me too?

I think it depends on the male. I had quite a few relationships between first and second wives and seldom if ever do I reflect back on those relationships.

Nope,if it's over it's over.

Whats the first thing a man does after he dumps his girlfriend?

wipes his a$$ and moves on.

I'm afraid to ask what she was doing to your ass that required wiping afterwards.

Patsy, I personally think it's the individual. I was married to a man that forbid me to talk about previous relationships and I wasn't even allowed to mention the town I grew up in because I had boyfriends there (2 hours away from where we lived while married) I have a boyfriend now that will listen to me talk about my past experiences...and not get upset, and I listen to him tell me about his past girlfriends and all is fine.:D

I bet lots depends on the past relationships too....

I know a few men who look back on their past relations but with very un-favorable thoughts, so is that reflection of sorts?

Hah shall I ask my ex this question since he has been hinting to the fact he may have made a mistake divorcing me ahahahahahahahahahaha:wah: :-5

And How !

Memories,

Like the corners of my mind

Misty water-colored memories

Of the way we were

Scattered pictures,

Of the smiles we left behind

Smiles we gave to one another

For the way we were

Can it be that it was all so simple then?

Or has time re-written every line?

If we had the chance to do it all again

Tell me, would we? could we?..............................etc etc

This is a individual thing - from time to time something will provoke one to mention a certain someone from the past.

Wendy - to be stifled from mentioning the past is controlling - insecure. Sorry to hear - perhaps that control issue had something to do with divorcing him.

We learn from our past - whether it be a relationship or situation.

Look back on a couple of relationships occasionally but mostly can't even remember their names. No reflection on them just my bad memory.
