It's one of the most stressful things you'll probably ever go through!
What I do whenever I stress about things is try really hard to remember...
no matter how bad it is, it could ALWAYS be worse. You are a lucky girl
to be getting married. How are you with lists? Write stuff down and check
it off. And try and take things one day at a time. Or one hour at a time.
Come here to FG and post about how stressed you are... we'll all try and
help!!

I had an uncle who always used to say, "wait ten years before you think about getting married, when engaged wait another ten before you go ahead just so you are really sure, and that way you won't have to suffer quite so long when you are married. "
NowI understand what he meant.

that is awesome advise, wish I knew that way back when hehehe
stress relief for pre marriage headaches... work like mad for 1 week to pare down your to do list then take a day drive in the country, pack a picnic and just breath in some fresh healing nature's air. Let your mind focus on the nature and not what you have to do back at the home front.
Then hopefully you will be refreshed.
