offer to relatives of a missing person

Post by teramiabullfrog »

starting 1/08/07 volunteers of the FINDING OUR CHILDREN UNDER STRESS (F.O.C.U.S.) ORGANIZATION will be traveling from San Francisco to Tacoma, WA.

"3-Ring" Binders, filled with missing children/persons flyers, will be displayed in every post office along hwy. 101. anyone who is the relative or friend of reported missing person (regardless of the length of time missing) who would want your missing relative's photo id included, please mail a good copy of the photo flyer you want included and we will make enough copies to be included in every binder we distribute. Or, e-mail us at: tparks@sbhsi.com with an address we can download to create our own flyer. mailing address: f.o.c.u.s. org., 130 poplar ave., san bruno, ca 94066

we will also be composing a: "letter to the editor", to be sent to every major newspaper in cities throughout the country, asking why the u.s. government is not managing the annual federal funded, help find and prevent missing children, national, Programs at the level of efficiency they were originally intended, instructed, and designed to accomplish. over four million people living in the u.s. are the relative of a reported missing person (based on over 100,000 reported missing, each having forty or more relatives living in the u.s.). they are being told these help find missing person national programs are being done; yet, in one research study the F.O.C.U.S. Org. conducted we found only the first few of several more instructions for the Programs were actually being done. Therefore, for many of the fed funded, national programs the programs are only operating at three-fifths of there intended efficiency level. Our research also discovered to fix the programs so they operate at their intended efficiency level would require very little effort (a simple inter-office fed agency memo instructing the department responsible to carry-out the next instruction how to do it), and no extra money. F.O.C.U.S. Organization has been attempting to point out the malfunction in the national programs to the fed elected officials, fed committees, and fed agencies responsible for the management of the fed national programs, laws, and presidential memorandums, for the past six years (from the pres on down). We've received no response back from any of the fed elected politicians, fed committees, or fed agencies. we've gone on the internet trying to get support from the general public to contact their fed elected officials and ask that the missing children programs be done at their intended efficiency level. we've traveled to county fairs in eight western states, for the past twelve years, not only providing information about the national programs and what they were created to accomplish, but also providing free literature (copied from national programs) about keeping children safe from child abduction, while conducting our own help find missing children programs modeled after the national programs. These programs will work to reduce the current number of missing children, will work to bring down the number of reported new missing child/persons cases, and will work to improve already successful help find missing children programs. we've also enlisted the help of a west coast amateur radio club involved with, not only national civilian defense, also with global catastrophic disaster emergency communication systems, to help communicate the awareness about the need to help the families of a reported missing child and help with the search for their missing loved one.

With your help we can help find some of the long term missing in this country (and globally) and improve the quality of life for everyone, simply by fixing the already established national programs so they operate at the efficiency level they were created, intended, and developed to attain - and they are already funded to attain annually.

As everyone knows the majority of reported missing children in this country are either non-custodial family member abductions or missing runaways. there's probably between ten to twenty thousand (10,000 - 20,000) reported missing persons who vanished as the result of a stranger abduction or disappeared under unusual and/or strange and suspicious circumstances. some missing for ten years or more. many young adults, many college students, are reported and recorded on the NCIC missing person files. many young adults who were living at home or kept in close contact with their families, then suddenly vanished without a trace, completely out of the ordinary, with suspicious circumstances involved with their disappearance. all who's family carries on a vigilant search hoping they will locate their missing loved one. Tens of thousands of relatives of a missing person, hundreds of thousands of friends and community members from where the missing person lived, have been and are affected and effected by the report of a missing person. lives and families have been changed radically because one of their loved ones has vanished. It's about time the fed government extends help to these victims of a disaster, and start doing what they say they are doing.
