You'll often wait to see if others notice a problem before you offer up the truth, and if an immediate confession becomes a bother, you'll look for an easier alternative. You've got good intentions, but make sure you don't go down a slippery slope.

Yup, I got a 21. I wouldn't use the free Internet, I'd redo my taxes (but only because I do them online so it wouldn't be hard), and I wouldn't keep the keys to the boss's office...but I'd probably blame the lamp on the cat, and drive away from the dinged car.
