What I observed today.

Post by CARLA »

 I'm home this week and as usual there is alway something going on when I have off that doesn't allow me to sleep in. :-5

The Cop Cars and Police activity started about 6:45am here. Still not sure what has happend but I heard gunshots and that was enough for me to stay inside.

Well when I did open the door all the roads are now blocked off and people are having to detour right in front of my apartment. The part that I have observed though out the morning is how pissed of people are because of the detour. To the point of actually harrassing the police standing on the road block, yelling at them demanding that they be let through. :-5

What is wrong with people can't they see there is a Police investigation in progress and world doesn't revolve around them at the moment. One guy actually got out of his car and got face to face with the Police Officer's yelling at them. He is damn lucky them didn't arrest is stupid ass..:-5

Kind of reminds me of a bumper sticker I read once that said" You are not as important as you think you are. Hang up the phone and drive.

You mean it is NOT just to pi** us off?

Just kidding....public safety comes before everything. Too bad some people are too dense to realize that fact.

UPDATE I finally got the whole ugly story. It seems a argument started at 6:45am between a mother and her son. The son started stabbing his mother, she fled the house running down the street trying to get help ( you can see her blood all over the street as she was running) She ran to a neighbors house and attempted to ring the door bell, no answer they found out later that the door bell wasn't working.

He then got in a car and ran her over, then got out of the car and continued to stab her in the chest area. At that time a motorcycle cop had just pulled up and drew his gun, he continued to stap her, the officer then tazzed him and it stopped. The mother is a tiny women and she is not expected to live, her son was a big 20 year old twice her size. The road blocks were finally taken down at about 4pm, but the street her house is on is still a crime scene. My guess he wanted money for DRUGS

Yes it was horrible to see. The Police fired one shot at the car to blow out the tire then tazzed him. :( There must have been 20 cop cars in the area all day and CSI people. I at one point had to around the road block to pick up my granddaughter at my mothers. I got a good look at the crime scene not pretty and it goes for about a block that poor women.

i'd make book you're right about it being drug-related. i know a female who beat her grandmother to a bloody pulp with a hammer because she was stealing grandma's possessions to sell for drugs, and the old woman objected. a horrible murder scene.

Hello, everyone. I just googled to see what information I could find. I am a friend of the daughters (I went to school with one) and I am quite concerned about them. They don't have many people here in the states. Their phones are off, and I went to the Enayat home last night but no one is there. I left a note. This is not a time for the girls to be alone. I've called all the Sharp hospitals but she is not registered at any, at least not publicly. I have a gut feeling that she is at Sharp Memorial but they aren't allowed to say anything because of the investigation. If anyone has any additional information please share it with me for the sake of the daughters. Thank you.

Ruth I emailed you information on the Hospital she is in. You are probably correct they may not be giving out info on her room at this time. You may be able to get info at the front desk but if it for security issues they will tell you nothing. You only hopes at finding them would be to see them sitting in the Hospital Lobby.

To my knowlege there was only 1 other person at the house and they were incapable of giving information as to what happened.

I have actually walked down to the crime scene now that its been opened. I can tell you this there were 59 circles around blood spots. Mrs. Enayat was running for her life. If the police officer hadn't shown up at that exact moment she would have most likely died at the scene.

Good luck to you, yes the family will need support at this awful time.

There are a lot of good things as well as the terrible things. Sometimes it it good to dwell on the good things for a while to get an up feeling.:wah:

I know you have put me on ignore but I can still talk to you, not with you, which is sad.:(

Miraculously, Ms. Enayat is recovering superbly. I was finally able to get a hold of her daughter. She told me that her mother is fine and they expect a full recovery. Amazing!!! Thanks to everyone for their concern & prayers.
