Thanks Ladycop.....I did see the previews, but didn't know when it was coming on.

I did watch part of the story of Peter the Great on the History Channel this afternoon. He was 6 feet 7 inches tall , brought the western european culture to Russia, killed and torturted alot of folks,(including his son) and put his wife in a nunnery. Catherine the Great wa his mistress fo a long time.( before she became Catherine the Great).

See......I learned some history.

Pshaw. "History" here in the Yook has had "History of Pornography" or something

similar, a load od dried-up old codgers (male and female) earnestly discussing

bollocks, If I may say that, with some old girl who should know better that

"starred" in some famous "porn" film. Green door? I forget, very forgettable!

Comcast doesn't have that one, I heard it was great.

I watch PBS, have to have the Road Show on every once in awhile, I think that show is fun to watch.

I watch the History Channel all the time. They've always have something interesting on. Man should of checked it out last night though, the history of sex would be interesting to learn. But I was watching CMT. :D

Not sure if it was the history channel, but I recently watched a problem aboiut young people, soldiers, sex etc in second world war torn England.

There was happiness, tragedy and trauma...it was so interesting to here todays 70 / 80 year olds talk about their lives during that era....I never appreciated how many Canadian 'brides' went over to Canada after the war to find the fathers of their kids.

I love the History channel. I'm mostly interested in military history, but I am just soooooo curious about the past in general.

I'm a bit of a freak for the factual channels, my wife just calls me an "anorak" :wah:
