jurors give scott petersonthe death penality for what he did. they plan to appeal the ssentance.

hello Thomas...yes the jury recommended death, but the judge decides, he can reduce it to life in prison. sentencing will be Feb. 25. appeals to the Ca. Supreme court are automatic in death penalty cases.

Hi, yes he did receive the death penalty, it doesn't bring the people back that were taken, as noted by Laci's father, on the news this morning. Scott showed no feelings during the trail? That is a cold and calculating person.
