Peanut Butter Jack-o-Lantern Cookies

You'll need raisins, chocolate chips, and orange frosting.

Take your basic recipe for p-butt cookies. Make them about the size of a silver dollar. Let cool slightly.

To assemble them...

Take 1 cookie, spread orange frosting liberally on the flat part. Press another cookie (flat side) onto it. (like an Oreo)

While still slightly warm...

Press a raisin into the middle/top (to make a pumpkin stem) then place and press 2 chocolate chips (sideways) for the jack-o-lantern eyes, and 1 for the nose. Done

These were a staple my mom always made for us in the fall of the year. Y-U-M!!

They look like little jack-o-lanterns. I'll make some and try and post a photo for you :)

The only thing is, how would I post a picture small enough here? I can post a pic, but can't make it small. I don't want to take up a lot of room.

Sounds good. I have not baked cookies in a long time. Will have to do so some time.
