This article doesn't mention them, but he had a

Purple Heart and a Bronze Star. I hadn't heard that

before.

He sure gave us a lot of entertainment.

Love Boat and Fantasy Island, I watched those!

I wonder why they did not remember his military decorations, they probably meant the most to him then anything else but his family. He made alot a good TV shows.

I think he had the biggest house in all of L.A.

Had a bowling alley in it.

And a huge room for his wife Candy set up just for gift wrapping.
