That is just stunning countryside, Red. I could look at pictures like that all day. So serene....peaceful. More please?
[FONT=Arial Black]I hope you cherish this sweet way of life, and I hope you know that it comes with a price.

Bullet's trial was a farce. Can I get an AMEN?????
We won't be punished for our sins, but BY them.

we always fly into London on the way to Ireland and have our big english breakfast and a pint before we carry on to Cork! That's one of our favorite parts of the trip!
One year we spent about a week there, we went to London, Brighton, Bath, Southhampton, and Stonehenge! We took the chunnel to Calais and also the ferry from Swansea to Ireland and back! (I hope I'm not forgetting anything, this was about 7 years ago).
If we still had our scanner I'd post some pics!
I'd look forward to going there more because I'd want to meet some of the wonderful FG people that live there! :-6

I went to the French Market on the Isle of Wight a couple of weeks ago. It was the same day as the Round the Island Yacht Race, so we sailed across to the island with some friends and watched the yachts racing with all their colourful sails billowing in the breeze. It was an absolutely brilliant day! Scorching hot but with a cooling breeze (which didn't stop me from getting thoroughly sunburnt! Ouch!)
We bought French Food and goodies in the Market and wandered around Yarmouth which also had a weekend fair taking place and an Old Crocks meeting so there were lots of wonderful old cars to look at, some of which had taken part in the London-Brighton run. There were also some aston martins and a whole collection of steam organs. We had a lovely cold lager in one of the local taverns and sailed back to have dinner on the mainland overlooking the harbour. What a gorgeous day!
