An apology to Abbey.

My schoolboy Latin let me down. I recognise "Cogito ergo sum" from my study of Descartes, also years ago.

I have a sister who is fluent in Latin, French, Spanish, German, Japanese and can hold a conversation in Mandarin Chinese. But me, I struggle with Aussie Australian.

I must have come from an odd family because my brother is an engineering and mathematics boffin.
