What is it used for and where is displayed or accessed?

Where have you seen the term "user page" used? I can't see one mentioned in the FAQ.
If it's a synonym for "Public Profile" then you see them by clicking a username and possibly then clicking "show public profile". Yours is at http://www.forumgarden.com/forums/membe ... serid=4867

I think it sets up an area to be accessed through home / members web pages
