anyone know how to replace an ipod nanos battery.iv found out how to replace a ipod shuffle battery but i need to how to replace a nanos battery

thanks for trying to help i know apple has a service for that but iv seen on tech tv that u can do it urself but i was wonderin if anyone had any idea where i can see instructions on how i can do it myself.
