Hey kel
There are several programs that can fix photos, even a little blurriness.
I personally use Paint Shop Pro version 9. It is easy to use, and you can find tutorials online to help teach you techniques.

Another that is availaible is Adobe's Photoshop Elements.

Also Google has a free photo organizing program. It is called Picassa. It allows for some basic photo fixes.

Hi kel,
All the programs mentioned in the last post are great, I've used all of them.
Concerning bluriness, It might be worth trying the sharpen function or it's equivalent in whatever program you choose to use.
I would suggest paint shop pro, purely because as mentioned in the last post, there are some truly great tutorial sites and forums available for it.

There are dozens of free photo programmes to download, without paying out a penny. Nearly all have them have a "sharpen" button. The skill comes in knowing how much to use. One step too far and things look horrible.
