I thought you liked old movies. The exorcist is only from the 70s but the original is considered to be one of the scariest movies ever made.

But this is not the movie forum.

We had a thing on believing in evil and not many people seemed to believe in the devil. I mentioned believing in him as a scapegoat and that still applies.

If people did believe in the devil, what would they describe him as?

Take the principle of "evil" and embody it. Doesn't have to be humanoid.

I see it as red and bulbous. Heavy at the bottom with darker bits of red swirling around. The kind of thing that would make you nauseous if you stared at it too long. Maybe it would bubble and blister and little tentactles would seem to reach out of it trying to grasp at something then sucking back into itself.

Oops. Feeling nauseous now. Devil be gone! On to the next thing.
