I did pay for Download Place. $30.00 for a lifetime membership. Apparently they lied though.

Limewire is free or for $18.00 you can turbocharge/with no ads.

I cant imagine getting songs any faster than I am though.

If that means Im going to the pen then so be it. Im a ninja/mad scientist...no one will mess with Nomad !

Napster is pretty quick, easy to search, you can listen to a preview to make sure it's the song your looking for.

Ok yea I really like it. :D

Right ...so you're a ninja now are you ?

Some words of wisdom then....

Never scream just before attacking another ninja from behind. This will only alarm the ninja that you are about to do something funky.

Always wear a mask. You never know when you will see someone that you don't want to see you. TIP: (read this over and over till it makes sense)

Always carry a spare ninja uniform. You never know when you will need to change into something less dirty in mid-battle.

Never store shuriken in your underwear.

Try to use the swords of your enemies whenever possible. This way you can throw them into other bad ninja without having to worry about retrieving it later

When necessary, the ninja star can be thrown with ninja toes. For example, say you are trying to gain entry into an airborne helicopter. You are using both hands to hold on and you want to plant a shuriken in the eyeball of the pilot, what do you do? Shuriken with ninja feet!

When preparing for battle, take some time to do all the hand signs of kuji-in. You will feel better and look cool at the same time.

Always run sideways when possible. With proper application you can run through walls.

When jumping far distances, always roll up into a ball. It will give an extra 50 feet of jumping height.

Want to jump higher? Plant a corn stalk. As it grows each day jump over it. Gradually you will increase your jumping height as the corn grows.

Thanks Bezzy, that all sounds pretty cool but I already have a few creeds of my own.

Higher beings from outer space may not want to tell us the secrets of life, because we're not ready. But maybe they'll change their tune after a little torture.

Is there anything more beautiful than a beautiful, beautiful flamingo, flying across in front of a beautiful sunset? And he's carrying a beautiful rose in his beak, and also he's carrying a very beautiful painting with his feet. And also, you're drunk

I don't think God put me on this planet to judge others. I think he put me on this planet to gather specimens and take them back to my home planet.

I'm not afraid of insects taking over the world, and you know why? It would take about a billion ants just to aim a gun at me, let alone fire it. And you know what I'm doing while they're aiming at me? I just sort of slip off to the side, and then suddenly run up and kick the gun out of their hands.

I can still recall old Mister Barnslow getting out every morning and nailing a fresh load of tadpoles to the old board of his. Then he'd spin it round and round, like a wheel of fortune, and no matter where it stopped he'd yell out, "Tadpoles! Tadpoles is a winner!" We all thought he was crazy. But then we had some growing up to do.

I wish I lived on a planet that had two suns---regular sun and "rogue" sun. That way, when somebody asked me what time it was, I'd say, "Regular time?" And they'd say, "Yeah." And I'd say, "Sorry, all I have is rogue time." It'd be fun to be a stuck-up rogue-time guy.

Also, there are no restrictions on recording music to another drive or CD with music downloaded from Napster. That means that if you change or upgrade your PC, you won't lose the track by default.

Generally speaking , any peer 2 peer sharing site is only as good as the users that share their music (and the bitrate of their tracks). I used Kazaalite for years and it was superb but since a lot of downloaders were prosecuted many sharers have logged off and dont do it any more, so its not as good. Audiogalaxy was another excellent site but legallities made them change the way they operated. I havent downloaded illegally for some time now and I havent given any of my hard earned to i-tunes and the like either. They're not much cheaper, if at all, to buying cd's.

There are one or two excellent Russian Downloading sites that charge a pittance per megabite for their albums, good quality bitrate too

The Russians are no good Arnold, everyone knows that. :D

Im sticking with Limewire for now, the results have exceeded my expectations.

If FG is so bad, why are they so obsessed over there? Paula/Agnes/Pinkrose/ Prudence admits to spying, sends people here to stir trouble, and there's even threads dedicated to FG. I will not go there to start trouble; I'm way too old for that. I, however, will not trust people who try to ride the fence. That said, sorry to see this thread got hijacked.

I'm sorry to see the thread hijacked, too. My apologies Nomad. But I just have to add: I don't like being spied on any more than I like being a lab rat. (moverguy) So. Alfred, Shweet, and whomever else comes in here with the intention of reporting back to the "Sybil" that runs BOREDnation, tell her we all said howdy, and she's been inhaling too many fumes from the cow manure. Her brain is cooked.
