I got back from Wisbech about an hour ago. I and a couple of colleagues have been installing cables and electrical apparatus at a food factory. Left home to go there at 2pm.

I have mainly been working in the roof area where there can be found a myriad of air ducts, hot and cold water pipes, steam pipes, cable tray, girders, beams, and so on.

I don't wear overalls if I can help it. I can't stand the things and prefer just my old rags. Unfortunately, my jeans have a tendency to slip revealing two lunar like crescents. Of course, when there are members of the opposite sex and children about, I am careful to keep this spectacle in the shade. But there were no such beings in the roof area so I didn't concern myself too much with it.

However, twice, in two different parts of the roof, I have stood up from a squatting position only for my bare botty to make contact with a steam pipe. Each time the same area of my scalded botty was scalded.

But I'm still not going to wear overalls if I can help it. I shall just be more careful when standing up.

(Groan. My poor sore bot.)

Thanks, Hazel. It only hurt every time I moved into certain positions. This eased off by Monday last. But there's still a big red mark. I can just about see it.
