Its when you type half a word and the computer wants to guess and finish what that word is, its better to say no and do your own typing. hope you understand the way I have explained it.

I love auto complete especially if you are typing a report on oh... say... "microbionuclear technology" (made it up couldnt thing of something bigger) you just type the first three letters and hit enter and it auto populates, Its good for long words that you type often it saves you time
