Pussycat, When your beating me mercilessly with your nightstick and tasing me with your taser and putting the chokehold on me and spraying me with mace and tightening the cuffs too much so my wrists crack and telling me make my day while pointing your Dirty Harry Magnum at me and kicking me in the ribs and planting cocaine on me so I go down for the long haul and making me hit my head on the car when you throw me in the back seat then slamming the door on my ankle breaking it and then telling the judge I threatened to burn your house down..........

I like 9mm and had a Starfire but hated it. Small and heavy and did jam some. but was fairly easy to conceal. I have a Barretta now and its nice. It has a 15 round clip. I guess if 10 isnt enough you are dead anyway. LC, dont the cops like 40Cals now over 9mm?

I cannot shoot a 45 very well at all. But that is at like 25 yards. I think I jerk anticipating a hard kick. I didnt know about Glock jamming. But I like the safety features on a Barretta. Glock seems like it might get fired by accident.

I am always conscientious of deflection though...perhaps my always adjacent skepticism.

I didnt like shooting a 45. I had to qualify i the guards but just barely. I truly love to shoot my .22 Ruger slabside.. Very long barrel and very accurate. But the Barretta shoots nice too. It came with a mount for a scope but I cant see putting a scope on a handgun. How would you hold it steady enough for a scope. I saw some 9s with a light mounted under. I like that idea. More than just a laser dot.
