Hey Di, I used to carry an Asp - great to draw and extend but you look a right wimp when you can't get them to collapse. Only had to draw it once in anger though but didn't get to use it, a colleague broke someones thigh with it but it was well deserved.

If you don't like someone, just don't talk to the ubggre, and for the sake of the
rest of the G, don't fling shi^H^H^Hmanure around, either.

Must have been a hell of swing to break a thigh. We had a teeny weeny female officer break a blokes femur once with a PR-24, bang, that was it, withdrawn from us
He didn't have much choice really the bloke was high and pissed and back-up was miles away. From what I remember being told matey didn't feel it till much later but collapsed in a heap anyway.
To be honest though with the number of knife incidents on the increase even in our fairly rural town I'm glad to be out of it now but I still miss the adrenaline rush of the lights and sirens going on!!

Probably just as well!!
Back to the theme here -
Saffron, I enjoy your company here and I feel for you if you've been upset, I hope you feel better soon.
Accountable, if you're reading this I like your style and most of the time I think you talk sense.
