How many "cocktails" or "pills" do you have to take if you accidentally get stuck by a dirty needle or come in contact with someone HIV + that is bleeding? IS it alot of stuff to swallow? Literally I mean, not figuratively.

Did you happen to see that episode on tv of Rivera when he went to LA to a house where people got together to shoot up and one of them tried to stick him with a dirty needle. He had the same look as he had in Israel when the bombs were flying.Desert Storm I think.

I agree completely. I think he got in trouble in Desert Storm for giving away the troops location. He is an idiot.

Here in the US there are laws about cohabitation turning into common law marriage. I just saw a cop show here on tv that a couple were having a shoving match and the cops took the man to jail. They mentioned that the couple had been living together for nine months so under Florida law were considered married, but, the man is already married to someone else. Would that be bigamy?

common law marriages are NOT recognized as valid in florida..........Traditionally, when a man and a woman lived together and held themselves out to the world as husband and wife for a certain period of time (such as 7 or 14 years), the law of the state in which they resided recognized them as husband and wife despite the lack of the formal legalities of marriage.

Most states no longer recognize common law marriages. However, if a couple meets the requirements for a common law marriage in a state that does recognize common law marriages, and the couple then moves to a state that does not have common law marriages, the new state will usually recognize the "common law" marriage. For example, if a couple lived in Texas, a state recognizing common law marriage, and met the requirements for a common law marriage, and then moved to California, which does not recognize common law marriage, California will recognize the couple as being married...............

If one of these people in a common law marriage was already married then is that bigamy. If so does anyone get prosecuted for bigamy or is it just ignored unless the other spouse presses the matter.

if the 'common law' couple do not take out a license and thereby commit fraud, it's not bigamy. i am sure bigamy is prosecuted when it is discovered by whatever means. you may want to google bigamy for more information. it's really not my area:)

This afternoon, I asked my mate if he wanted me to get anything for him as I was popping to the store. He asked for some Marlboro. I said "What if they don't have any Marlboro?" and he said "Well just get anything"

As they had no Marlboro, do you think I did the right thing by getting him a pork-pie?
