Last night we had a marinaded flank steak, roasted potatoes with onions & peas. My hubs praised the entire meal...said the potatoes were excellent.:-4

I make the roast beef with cheese and au jus sauce...very sloppy:wah:. The deck is cleaned off...I wish I had one of those tent like things peeps use to eat in...keeps the flies out.

1 half gallon- apple cider--- 1 half gallon apple juice--- 2 cups sugar--- 4 or 5 cinnmon sticks-- large pan -- cook over low heat for 2 to 3 hours -- wont really boil but will evaporate water --- let cool at room temperture-- add 1 small bottle "750 ml" ever clear pour in to bottle can put more cinn. sticks in bottle if desired --- very smooth but one shot at a time is all u need - hope u enjoy

I'm going out for dinner tonight with my friend Erin. This is the last time I'll see her for quite some time. She's moving back to Canada while I'm on holiday. She'll be gone by the time I come back :-1

What are you having or had for dinner?
I stoppped at "Jersey Mikes" and got 3 sammys to last for about 4 days or so for beach snacks.....bought a hot sub...with bb pork, sundried tommos and lettuce, tomatoes & hot spices. Also bought 2 grilled Buffalo chicken caesar wraps with sun dried tommos and hot peppers.
Tomorrow morning I'm making spaghetti pie and will have it at night with garlic bread, salad and coffee carmel chocolate swirl ice cream...:-6
