The usual Friday night special....roast beef w/cheese on rolls with gravy, fries & that's it. Nothing big deal.:wah:

Veggies and a bacon sandwich. You would have liked my lunch, Lon. Blueberries, mixed veggies, a rice cake and yogurt.

Not very hard once you take it out of the box! Just plug it in and take a look at the book that come with it as far as cooking time. Ducky once you use it you will throw that old crock pot out to the road. And the time you will save omg it's like night and day. :D Ribs are to die for.

Last night we had sloppy joes, fries & peas. Easy dinner. Making it later for a late lunch. Q had it for brekkie.

We had ravioli in soup last night. I got the recipe from the newest Rachel Ray magazine and served it with Italian bread. Really yummo. Tonight is flank steak, twice baked potatoes & some veggies.

Ingin Bridie.

An ingin bridie (Onion Bridie in English) is a Scottish type of meat pastry or pie, originally made in the town of Forfar, similar to a Cornish pasty in shape, but the pastry is not as hard and no potato is used. It is made of minced beef, sometimes with onions and spices, placed on rolled-out pastry and folded into a semi-circular shape; the whole thing is baked in an oven.

Tonight I had diced chicken breast with sauteed mushrooms over basmati rice under a coconut cream sauce. Green salad on the side and a half bottle of Vidal chablis.
