Tonight we will be having beef, mushrooms and onions done in the slow cooker with gravy. With mashed potato and peas and carrots:p

we love having those too!
I make them with either marinara sauce or gravy. :yh_drool Gravy balls are yummy!!

omg how do u get the meatballs to stay on the sarnie and do u have sauce ooozing everywhere???
We had spaghetti bolognese tonight with hash browns on the side and a slab of victoria spnge cake for afters:p

I'm making pork tenrdloin for Sunday's dinner, I just bake that in the oven for awhile. It stays pretty moist.

Maybe lower heat, longer cooking time.
I am not the best of cooks, so that is my guess. I miss having my husband do the cooking-and he has to eat mine now!:wah:

I grilled them on the lower rack, I think that was the problem:wah:

I couldn't find it at Giant. I even looked in the organic aisle. Nothing.
