We went on a Blackpool tram up to the tower, and got a horse and cart back to South Pier. Tried to just go up the Blackpool tower but you have to buy a £17 ticket now which gives you access to all other different shows and rooms and attractions but we were going to the fair afterwards and couldn't afford both..Wrist bands for the fair are £30 for adults and £25 for children, then you ride all day. As it was such a nice day, it was packed and the queues were long but we had a great time. My bloody camera..grrrr...took a whole new pack of batteries for it as its always eaten them, on the way there, I put the batteries in ready, go to take a pic, says battery low, wtf???..So as I had a pkt of 4 and it only takes 2, I added the other two and it said battery low again and turned off. I paid £180 for this camera so it isn't cheap crap..Anyways I took a couple of pics on my phone but its not good on the rides as the zoom distorts the pic a bit, I tried to take pics of the lights but then my phone battery started dying, I got a couple though. God knows how they turn out. The illuminations were absolutely fabulous.

Hubs is totally p!ssed off with me and this camera, he told me to bin it and go and buy a cheapo for £50 that I understand so we have pics of the kids

Only joking lol but fanks mate.......all jokes aside Chris and I was going there for a couple of days about now but didnt.....but we still want to go sometime.....its his birthday next Saturday and finking of going to The Tower Hotel by the Tower for a meal again........just love all me old East End memoried every time I go to my old manor;)

I bought a digi camera 3 years ago.........aint been out the box.....always use my phone.....every picture I have in my picture fingy here .....other than the black and white ones.....was taken with me phone.....does me and the good fing is.........I KNOW HOW TO WORK IT!:D:guitarist:guitarist

I was the same with a digi camera, didn't see that the pics were any much better quality than my mobile phone camera, then last year I bought a Nokia SLR camera.... I LOVE it! And if I'm going anywhere I always take as I know I'll get lovely pics... I don't even use my camcorder anymore as I prefer the pics from my cam

Ye but your prob alot smarter than me with techie stuff......Chez has to help me and once I was on the phone with her all afternoon..........just buying a laptop ffs:-5:o

My camera is a Samsung d900i and the camera is 3million pixel but if you zoom for long shots th quality is crap. Here are some of blackpool yesterday, not great however:rolleyes:

We were gonna get a laptop but instead we're getting another desk top and only because I keep hearing that the laptops are really sensitive/breakable and my kids are really hard on things. At least the Wii isn't broke yet.:p
