Always a worry when you have daughters......... not so bad with sons..........I'm just glad I had a son, although I don't know how I'd be these days with all this peer pressure. You just have to hope that they have learnt a deep seated sense of right and wrong, and have the courage to say 'no' when necessary, and have common sense. You've just got to trust them, really, to know where the line is drawn.

OOOOOOHHHHHHHH !!!!!! How I hate sewing grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I seemed to have sewn farsands of buttons on things - none of mine ! I doubt the ones I've sewn on will EVER come off. Wonderful what padlocks and chains are useful for :wah::wah:

And how do people manage to rip pockets off trousers ffs ???? I was never any good at sewing, even though I was taught various different things in the 'domestic science' class at school ! Well I've sewn Andy's pocket back on his 'camos', it's a bit 'heath robinson' but I'm sure it will be effective. Good job they are 'camo' trousers, the thread I used wasn't exactly 'non-see' :wah::wah::rolleyes:

That's why I get non-iron clothes - he he he . But one or two of Chris's shirts do need a bit of ironing (these are shirts that people have bought for him as presents grrrrrrrr) .:wah:

Sorry to hear that Carol. I think I can count on one hand the number of threads I have posted on, and that hasn't been for some time I don't think. I do try to post on birthday threads, and sometimes 'welcome' threads, but that's it. Oh and of course my official 'duties'.

I do understand how you feel though. Just so long as you don't neglect FOC Mrs. :(
