Hello Pam,

I tried reading "Eat,Pray,Love".......yukky, yukky, yukky. My friend LOVED it and the rest of us did not:-5

I finished it last night, Kathy Ellen - the book club meeting is on Monday. I had to force myself to read it after the first few chapters. I know the book is hugely popular in many places, but honestly, it gave me the heebie jeebies. Like most women, I can empathise with the idea of someone who is unhappy in their life going out in search of something more, but the central character in such escapist tales needs to be likeable.

I will never forget taking that photo as I was sinking in the sand. It was so wet as it rained all week and we had to get out of the house:wah:

My newest favourite drink. Make a pitcher. "NORTHERN LIGHTS"

1 1/2 c Mickey Finn Blueberry Pomegranate Liquor

4 cups iced green tea.

Add to pitcher, fill with ice, pour into tall glass and garnish with mint sprig.

Makes 8 servings, 7 for me. 1 for you)
