why germany lost the war
Germany lost the war simply because they were fighting on too many fronts. After their disaster on the Russian Front and the subsequent and massive Russian counter offensive from the east, Germany was doomed. Russia was a major factor in the Allies winning WW2. Without their participation the outcome of WW 2 could well have been different. Oddly, much of U.S. media seems to downplay or even omits much of the Russian offensive, which in terms of manpower and material equaled or exceeded D-Day. The Brits and Yanks didn't do it all by themselves.
