hi everyone,

been a cracking day here but theres been a bit of a breeze here, which seems to have blown every bit of litter from here to lands end into our car park so me and my boss have been out and swept it all up and cut the hedge back a bit. extra spuds to do :-5:-2 as we were busy at lunch time.

so what with that, dog walking and shopping im just about done in.

Then I am visiting our daughter have cake & coffee ,before a noon appointment to have a massage.....................ahhhhhhhhhhh the wonder of it all:wah: my shoulder is killing me.

Good Afternoon :-6

The soccer this morning was not that exciting,but the kids had fun. Main thing.

I then went & washed my car,looks lovely now.

The massage was fantastic,I can now move my arm without pain,& that is something special as it has had a dull ache in it for over 6 months now.

I am a happy woman:-4:-6

Who would have thought one treatment would work,I am going again on Wednesday & then that is it.

I am going to take a bottle of red to give to the man for a present as he has helped no end:-6
