I go through that and all you do want to eat is junk food.

I read this on a web page about what to eat when you're feeling nausea:

Try bland, soft, easy-to-digest foods. Foods such as Cream of Wheat and chicken noodle soup with saltine crackers may be easier to keep down than heavy meals.

Eat dry foods, such as crackers, toast, dry cereals, or bread sticks.

Oh yes, jeez forgot about that. The BRAT diet. Bananas, Rice, ? and Toast. Can't remember the A.
