The other night I was unable to access FG and so I started to google FG known topics to me to see if I could get in on a link from there and I found this beauty.

Their were more but I liked this one of FG girls:-4

Lots of new members may like this, I know the oldies do already:D

Its pretty easy Chezzie just go to windows movie maker & it takes you through it step by step. I got a copyright warning through about the one's i done so may have to remove them at some point, lets hope not. To be on the safe side choose a song you have permission to use.

The music would have to be original. The writer of From a Distance would be owed royalties.

Dunno. I can use up to 30 seconds of a song in an educational presentation. Beyond that I have to have written permission. Most of that stuff isn't enforced anyway.

Normally it would be the producer's responsibility - he's the one who knows how many copies he presses, which countries he sells them in, and what the contractual terms of each copyright holder has in the proceeds. It's hard to imagine anyone else having all those details.

I got the impression by the letter that they would not enforce it as i am by no means the only person who has done it & as the images are not pornographic or offensive in anyway, however they will monitor any of my uploads from now on so i wont be making another. I'm so very glad you all enjoyed them & hope you will all write to me in jail :wah:

Interesting to see the members who post here.

I thought the second one was better than the first because the names didn't go right over the faces so much in the second one. It's nice to be able to see the faces and the names at the same time. If the names are going to be in the middle of the new video when it's made it might be worth advising people to submit pictures where their faces aren't in the middle as well, then the names won't won't obscure them. Just my thoughts.
