I cant believe this......Im watching the tele and theres a basement one bedroom tiny flat in Streatham....needs regutting......going to Auction at a guide price of £240,000....didn't fink that area was so expensive

Carol if you write a book about your life, there will have to be an 'X' certificate on it, or whatever the book version is :wah:

Blinkin eck, I've just looked out of the window !!! There's a huge mass of storm/thunder cloud coming up quite quickly from the south, so I reckon we may be in for a thunder storm before long ! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :-5

Still I suppose it will clear the air a bit, cos it is soooooo muggy at the moment. You take a few steps and you break out in a sweat !!
