hi everyone,

i came in this morning and had a read back then took the dog out. got nearly round our little patch and suddenly got very feint and light headed and had to lean on a gate til i felt better. luckily i wasnt far from home and went straight to bed. not been up long but the dog needs to go again soon.

going to my daughters tomorrow til sunday so at least i'll have someone around for a few days. will try to get back here later.

just cos i felt better when i came out of hospital, im forgetting what a serious job i had done !!!

Helen you need to look after yourself.

The feeling faint was a warning to slow down & rest.

The sleeping on & off was also telling you you need to rest.

SLOW down:-4:-6
