Visitor messages in the profiles

We have a slight hiccup in moderation.

The new version of profiles from last week allows any member to leave a visitor message for any other member.

We had someone register today - ruth2008 - who didn't post anything but went to various profiles and left Advance-fee fraud scams on each (these starting "My Dear Lovely One, I am Dimadella Lucky"...)

I banned the account but it didn't delete the visitor messages. Unlike the post count there's no indication of how many were left or where any more are. So, if you have one and see it, please delete it to clean things up. Meanwhile Administration will consider how we can find and eliminate this sort of spamming next time. There's too much effort by the membership gone into leaving visitor messages just to pull the facility out of the system, that would be far too backward a step.

Think of it as an Easter Egg hunt.

If anyone sees another newbie doing likewise could they please mention it here?

Au contraire, Garden Chickie, it's a rather nasty one.

Thank you much Spot. Let me see if I can make this "hole" a little smaller and harder to crawl through.
