Well your coming down to the wire here..

Do you sew ? or know one who can sew for you?

If you don't mind a not so "new" dress - have you checked your local newspaper - many times wedding dress's are for sale.??

Consignment Stores - always wedding dress's in Consignment Stores.

Several of your stores now have several gowns that can be embellished into a wedding dress - since its June (wedding month).

Good luck

Just when i had given up, i walk into a hire dress shop yesterday & there it is = my dress. 15mins later i'm all sorted ;)

Patsy - Thanks for your suggestion but wedding dresses are not really common in 2nd hand stores here. Brides here tend to pass on to daughters or have the dress made into christening robes for the future children. If you do see any they'd be from the 80's all frilly n stuff.

Kathy - Thank you for your kind thoughts. Bit confused as i dont have step daughters  Well not any i know of :wah:

Jester - Thats exactly what Andy said :wah:

Delighted that you found your wedding dress:)
