OMG Carolly! I am so sorry to hear this news. The only way to find out if you broke your rib/ribs is to seek medical attention. Hubby broke 2 ribs and unfortunately, there really wasn't much they could do for him. They just gave him pain meds and he had to just wait for them to heal. It is extreemly painful and hurt him even when he tried to breathe. I so hope you are okay :-1

Er.....we have BRITANS GOT TALENT and the Simon Cowell talent stuff that you have now and...................dunno as I dont watch much tele....oh Chris is MAD about Friends and watches it all the bleedin time:-5:rolleyes:;)

Ere, what have you been doing now, you wally? Can you walk alright? Can you sit and stand without too much discomfort ? You'll have to see how you go after tonight, and if it is no better or even worse, it may be a good idea to go and get x-rays. I expect you'll look an interesting colour on the places that you hit !

Carol you will have to go have an xray to have it confirmed if you have a broken rib. I know they cant do anything but it could be something else. Broden ribs have to be kept and eye on as they can cause other problems:( Thats all I am going to say as you usually ignore any medical advice and that makes me angry:mad:

I have woken with a sore throat and a headache:-5 and I am going away on Tuesday so hope I am better by then.

Kay, dear, I've been battling a sore throat for almost a month. Allergies. As for the headache, go have some chicken soup. You need something to eat.

just popped in to say goodbye to you all for a while, not sure how long, it depends on the blood tests i have after the operation. what they are looking for in them, i dont know yet :-3

going to my daughters after work tomorrow cos my grandaughter is taking me in on sunday and its a bit nearer for them to come and get me.

had a pretty sh***y day today, someone who i thought was a mate has done something pretty dispicable to me and its really hurt me but what goes around comes around and vengance is mine or it soon will be !!!

what makes it worse is that i now have to sit and stew on it for a week cos theres nothing i can do til i come home again.

anyway, enough of that.:rolleyes:
