Hope I shouldn't have to look on JJs thread for that.........you should be sharing something like that with your friends here as thats what I hope this thread is all about.....sharing our good and bad times and if people like myself dont go on that thread how are we to know you are going through such stress right now and also how do you think I feel right now after asking you to look at that poem not knowing the heartache you are going through..........I feel like crap thats how I feel.

yeah but it seems like i come on here so much with bad stuff! i don't want to bring everybody down all the time and a thread like that is made for things like that!

but i put on here a few weeks back about Lucky having been diagnosed with cancer and that it was only a matter of time, but now he has gotten to where he can hardly walk.

i know the decision will have to be made soon as to when the right time will be to end it, but i don't know if i can bring myself to do it!

aw Hope im so sorry:-1 its a terrible thing to have to do, even though you know its for the best. PLease never worry about sharing your troubles her hope, we are here to support each other too,, we dont always have to be pleasant and funny,, thats not how life is, is it. You will know when the time is right, and then you will step up to the mark because you have to, you wont let your darling Lucky suffer its not in you. :-4:-4

i know but that's gonna be one bad day! i've had him for almost 10 years, his like a part of the family, and i don't want him to suffer so i'm gonna do what i have to do!

I know, i had to take my mams dog and she was about 15 yrs old! but i couldnt take my own, my hubby had to do it though,,its an awful thing, but like you say its got to be done at some point. :yh_hugs:yh_hugs

well here's the latest bit of drama!

my cousin who i grew up with, she's like the sister i never had, has a 16 year old son, he was in an accident the other night, hit by an 18 wheeler!

but he walked away from it!

talk about being scared half to death, we didn't know at first if he was alright or not, it was very upsetting for a while there!

they say the truck he was driving was tore all to pieces, everyone is saying it's a miracle that he's alive, he's got some torn ligaments in one leg and his little girlfriend that was with him had to have 19 stitches,

one of the EMT's at the scene said a guardian angel must have lost some wings that night!

because the big rig just clipped the front of the truck and tore the whole front off if he had been just a fraction further out into the road, it would have hit them right in the side.

OMG!! it makes me scared already to think about when Jacob starts driving!

OMG!! it makes me scared already to think about when Jacob starts driving!Surely you must have read my miracle escape from a bad Motorway accident when a lorry went into me and my car went all over the motorway with 3 of us in it and 4 dogs....everything went in slow motion and all I can remember is thinking....im gonna die and theres nothing I can do about it....but we all walked away from it and the police told me that they had never seen anything like it and indeed I have somebody up there looking after me.....not the first time this has happened......3 houses fires....the last one really bad....also I feel I was helped big time.Your cousin was looked after and little Jacob also has I know somebody up there watching him so never be afraid;)

yeah i have always believed in guardian angels, i've had a few close calls in my life too and i've always felt like there was someone with me. :-6

talking about guardian angels,,, my brother must have one permenantly planted on his shoulder:wah: he has had 2 or 3 bad car accidents, fell from scaffolding, had a coal wagon run over his leg, chopped half his little finger off and nearly took his thumb off, had a life saving op when he was a teenager with a 50/50 chance of success, im sure there are many more i cant even remember at the moment!!!:wah::wah: He is either dam unlucky or charmed:D

Oh boy.................am I hurting..............I just fell flat on my face on the way out. I tripped over something and couldn't get up as I didn't have anything to grab.....I managed it somehow and my ribs are killing me and so are other places....Im going to rub some Irnica in but at the mo am in alot of pain but lucky with my slip disc I got up fgs or worse never fell on my back:(

Hope you are feeling better soon Carolly. Ouch. I've done things like that before. the worst is I fell down our steps once and broke a rib.

It wasn't really painful, but it took about 6 months to finally heal. Nothing they could do about it. Hard to sleep on my left side for awhile.

Kaz, my external hard drive is plugged in all the time but I only switch it on when I want to use it. This is mine. Well mine looks like this but its only 320gb. Its really small, about the size of a router or modem.

Chez thanks for that! the one i looked at in pcworld was 60 quid for 500GB so i think thats pretty good. Hubs is ok for me to get one( of course:rolleyes:) but we have to wait on news of tax returns till i take out of savings:rolleyes:

Gawd, but it was a bit funny, until one or two seemed to be genuinely hurting after a while, enough to make some cry ! I bet there'll be some viewer complaints though about that particular task, and whether they had tested it enough ! That nasty woman, whatsername - Alex or something like that, what a cow !!

Kazzy wazzy, no I can't really stand it matey ! It was a case of curiosity killed the cat, and the other two were out so I could do what I wanted :wah: I still can't stand it. It is so boring, all young noisy bad attitude people, f...ing and blinding all the time. Why don't they have more of a mixed age range ffs. Naa, not for me !!
