Friends Of Carol Part 1

With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week. Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote 'The Hokie Cokey' died peacefully at the age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in.... And then the trouble started.

Watcha;)I came back a day early..........been reading back and great to see our Pammie about and MrsK;)Gotta say also fanks for your nice words about the new CD and yes I am proud of it......a few favourites on it and Gill gotta say that Always On My Mind is one of them.Anyway its good to be back even though I had to take the long way home and its done me head in..........God I hate that M25!!!!:-5:driving:

No Gill I had to come back as I had some problems to sort out here..............anyway all is ok except going mad with bloody toothache.......Good to see Pheasy about also.....Ive just emailed her.......do miss her.Ive just put all me tracks on this laptop, listening to Maybe This Time right now........love that song.............oh hell I love em all fgs who am I kidding:wah:.Shame I missed Kaz today.

Its me again :wah: Having one of those days when I feel the need for friends (and the dogs are just not cutting it - Bonny is on heat and although Bradley has been 'fixed' he still prefers her company than mine

). Just checking in with you all before I take flight again .... busy birdy

Well, 9 more school days left and I can't wait! I get to keep my babies home with me .

We are off to Florida in 3 weeks ... we are all looking forward to the break. DH has been crazy busy at work, all I have to do now is convince him to leave his phone at home (yer right :-5). We still don't have a definite date for our visit home - its all down to the American embassy in London - hopefully Aug/Sept.

Its wet and windy here in PA, hopefully it will be better for tomorrow - I am helping with the schools sports day.

Thanks for the songs Carolly, you sound wonderful as usual - Josh will be pleased when he gets home from school .. he loves the songs you sent us before - I need more though so I can get Josh to make a CD for my car.
