Hi everybody !! Hope you all have a pleasant Tuesday! At least the sun is shining where I am, in middle England, but not very warm for the time of year. The contractors are MOWINGthe play park, just below us and the smell of cut grass is gorgeous !! But it is a bit noisy ! :rolleyes:

Chris, Hi !

This happened to me a while ago, so I took it to my local Tech Guys place. They cleaned it and used their special 'vac' cleaner. They told me that the fan was quite clogged, and because of that it wasn't cooling the machine down like it should, so it automatically turns off as a safety precaution. When I got my laptop back, it worked brilliantly again. They charged me £10 !!

Hi Kaz, yes I'm OK thanks, hope you are as well :-4 I take it you haven't been to your VVVPV yet ? I hope your Sheila is getting better and coping with her big cumbersome collar. When our previous dog had to have one (a first cross Alsatian/collie), she kept jamming it agains table legs, chairs etc. he he, but after a couple of days she became quite the master at the art of avoiding obstacles, and it was hilarious to see her casually maneouvering her duchess collar to navigate around things, so expertly as well !

We had to find a small crate to lift her food bowl and water bowl so she could eat her food etc and the 'lampshade' slid over the outside edge of the crate -- actually it looked so funny, a headless dog with a lampshade over a crate, and the sound of munching coming from inside it !

yes,, i still feel sorry for her having to have it on poor thing. But even with it on she manages to get at the bandage a bit, so we might star taking it off for walks etc. but she will have to have it on if we are out and when she sleeps. got a vet appointment tomorrow to change the bandage, she semed a bit subdued just now when we went out so hope alls ok. :-4

This Internet kept going last night so I had a right old moan at the Manager of the Hotel so he gave me my 20 quid back and told me I could still use it anyway for the time thats left:wah:it aint gone wrong since:D

Went and had a mixed grill earlier......The Searchers and some members of alot of the 60s groups are on later taking a trip down memory lane so that should be good.CD day tomorrow and cant wait!!!!!:guitarist:guitarist:D

Afternoon everyone. Quin is fine. Took him to the drs. turns out he has a little cold that is dripping down his throat and it clogged up his ear. Now he's fine.:-6, but I did have to go and buy a humidifier.
