So, after a while, there will be hundreds of bits of conversation dotted around in odd corners, and of course anything else you may have saved as well. Well 'defragging' is just like the office clerk coming in and sorting out all the files, papers etc. in a proper order, so that all the stuff scattered on the desk and around the office are sorted and put neatly on the shelves, making the desk lovely and clear of rubbish !!! Makes things easier to find ! So it is like that in your pc, the machine can find things easier, so it is therefore quicker :-6;)
