Hahaha well our one gets pretty busy so they sometimes do some good special offers, but they always seem to happen when I'm not visiting them, as if they are determined to empty my wallet!! I mean the nerve!!

I was just watching the tv and saw a new singer on the American scene by the name of Duffy from the UK. Comes from Wales. Really good singer.

Have anybody heard of her?

Nope never heard of her, though there are some really good Welsh singers. Surprised she is appearing on US tv though, big step!

I just rung the Recording Studio up and had a chat about me CD.....they said I could bring my own backing with if I want as im used to them......I cant all as I haven't got the backing but I can on some:D

Some people make me sick...........sorry but they do.I have just read something that made my blood boil..........it dosent matter who from and has nothing to do with this site I have to say.Basically it was saying because I am not a stupid woman and very clever actually in many ways and sometimes I just know things.......ask Gill and Kaz they even call me a witch......anyway I knew something .....I just knew it and because I did a certain person seems to think that I had "spys" fgs.None of this makes sense I know to most of you but its making me feel better as Im just so angry.......I feel better now for having that moan;)

OK, update on the mortgage situation. My mortgage broker & realtor have been working feverishly all day to get me this house. I think they've succeeded, although my payments are gonna be quite a bit more than I'd like. I'll be scraping. But I'll own my own property. That in itself is worth it. I'll just have to get a second job. Won't be the first time. And I've gone through the mud plenty of times! I had 2 retirement accounts. Of course, I can't use the one, as you all know. But I'm liquidating the smaller one. I can always start it back up later. I'm so physically, emotionally, & financially drained, right now!!! :yh_tired:yh_sigh:yh_sweat:yh_worry
