Ahhhh Thanks Carol :-4 I feel the same way about you and all of the Foc'ers. You are all darlings to me and have brought warm feelings to my heart. No, haven't watched the movie yet...will on Sat night....looking forward to it. But, I'm such a blubberhead...watched Fried Green Tomatoes on the plane and cried like a baby. People were looking at me like I was crazy:p

Thanks Gill, I really meant those thoughts. I think that everyone in the Foc'er thread is a treasure, and I feel blessed to know you all. I do believe that the reason why everyone loves the Foc'ers and post here daily is because they feel so welcomed on your thread. You make all newcomers feel like a little jewel who is always welcomed at your party. You never ignore or make one feel ignorant or unloved....that to me makes all the Foc'ers so special and unique. You have class and big hearts...you care....

hi guys i guess i missed the big event huh?

congratulations on 20000 posts, that is just an amazing thing, but then you all are amazing people. I think this thread has lasted so long because of all of your love and kindness to everyone who comes on here. you make everyone feel welcome whether you've known them for a few years or a few minutes, i know i felt welcome from that first night when i was scanning around FG and happened upon something called Friends of Carol and was curious and dropped in to take a look, soon as my name appeared at the bottom of the page Kay invited me in.

i know on several occasions i've been depressed or upset or just needed advice about something and ya'll have been right here for me, Carol has stayed up way into the night talking me through things on more than one occasion, and Kay and Gill and Kaz and Helen have always been right there with advice and encouragement too! and I also have the very special friendships i now have with JJ and Ducky because of being on this thread.

it takes a special person to take time out of there life to be there for someone when they need them, i only hope that if you guys ever need me i can rise to the occasion as well as you do!
